Smile Garcia is the Founder and Visionary Architect of DAGA World — a role born from a lifelong devotion to movement, rhythm, and embodied presence. She's been dancing since childhood, a thread that later wove itself into yoga, blending expressive freedom with mindful awareness into one continuous practice. Through creative practice and community building, Smile brings intention into every experience she touches — inviting people to move, feel, and connect in ways that go beyond the surface. She shapes the heart and creative framework of DAGA World, then steps back and lets each experience unfold organically, rooted in her belief that movement is a bridge — to healing, to presence, and to each other.

Ari Gabrielle brings depth, intention, and resonance to every DAGA World experience. As a Sound Healer and Experiential Event Producer, she curates immersive environments, discovers transformative venues, and connects with artists who elevate each gathering — always with an intuitive touch that makes participants feel held, inspired, and fully present in the magic of the moment. Ari's journey with us started far from home — as a sound healing facilitator in Guatemala, June 2025, for our first-ever One Wave Retreat, held in partnership and support of the Global Water Dances initiative. That spirit of connection across water, sound, and community has stayed woven into everything she brings to DAGA World since.

 Xiomara Carranza is DAGA World's Wellness Event Curator — the kind of person who shows up, holds space, and somehow makes everything feel a little softer and a lot more alive. She's been part of the family since our very first Ground to Glow back on October 25, 2025, when she jumped in as a volunteer and never really left (lucky us). Wherever she's curating, you can feel it — the good energy, the vibes, the sense that everyone's exactly where they need to be. She's part of the heartbeat that keeps this community moving, connecting, and belonging.

Brittney Pasion-Perez is the creative force helping shape how DAGA World looks, feels, and flows. She joined the team on May 25, 2026, bringing sharp creative strategy and a knack for turning ideas into structure — from designing the flyers that give each event its visual spark, to building out the programming that holds each experience together. Brittney's fingerprints are on the intentional bones of DAGA World: the way a gathering is designed to feel, move, and land. Beyond the visuals and the structure, she's a steady hand in building and supporting the community itself — a huge Baby Dance Club supporter, showing up with her little star dancing right alongside her.
